1 oz. Tanqueray Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/3 oz. Strawberry Purée
Garnish - 3 Strawberry Slices Skewered
1. Fill a mixing glass to 3/4 full of ice
2. Add all ingredients
3. Using a bar spoon stir for 20-30 seconds to ensure a proper balance of sweet and bitter
4. Strain over a large square ice cube
5. Garnish and enjoy!
