They're made with in-house ingredients. They're items you can't get anywhere else. Regardless of the reason, they're all delicious. Signatures are a key component to the Milestones experience and are items you'll likely order again, and again, and again.

ROASTED MUSHROOM SOUP

A classic house recipe featuring fire-roasted portobello and button mushrooms.

COCONUT CALAMARI

Calamari strips marinated in coconut milk and coated in coconut and signature masala spice.

ROASTED GARLIC CAESAR SALAD

Romaine, baby kale, thick-cut bacon and house-made garlic croutons tossed in our signature Caesar dressing.

SWEET CHILI CHICKEN BOWL

Our signature Sweet Chili Chicken Bites paired with coconut-infused fried rice.

1989 BURGER

Named after the year Milestones was founded and features our signature burger sauce.

PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM CHICKEN

A full, hearty dish and original entrée that we've been serving since day one.

STEAK FRITES

8oz sirloin marinated in our signature steak spice and served with Root Vegetable fries.

PESTO CHICKEN PENNE ASIAGO

Our signature garlic cream sauce with pesto and penne for a simply delicious meal.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI

Pan-seared butternut squash ravioli tossed in sage-infused brown butter with soft leaks, sweet peppers and green apples.

STEAK SANDWICH

Not your traditional steak sandwich. 8 ounces of sirloin steak paired with a signature charred scallion aioli, roasted trio mushrooms and our signature steak marinade.

THE COOKIE

Giant double white and dark chocolate chunk cookie served with vanilla ice cream, smothered in chocolate and caramel sauce. A kid's treat built for an adult.

AVOCADO TOAST

Signature avocado and edamame mash, Sriracha-infused goat cheese and two perfectly poached eggs on grilled schiacciata bread.

TRADITIONAL EGGS BENNY

Our classic house-made hollandaise sauce we've been making since day one, served with our unique garlic smashed brunch potatoes. A simple classic.

Signature drinks

ORIGINAL BELLINI

Milestones' signature drink that started it all in 1989. A frozen blend of vodka, rum, sparkling wine, peach and sangria. Often imitated, never duplicated.

MILE-HIGH BELLINI

A modern version of our 1989 classic. Aviation gin, Bellini slush, sangria and soda combined for a bright and refreshing drink.
