Executive Chef Jim Romer has been overseeing our menus since the first Milestone’s opened in 1989 and his passion for bold, authentic and innovative cuisine has resulted in a wide selection of unique entrées and appetizers. In his quest for inspiration, he and his team have traveled the world in search of new ingredients, fresh combinations, and diverse flavours to introduce to our guests.

As well, to complement your dining experience at Milestone’s, we have an intriguing bar menu that includes our extensive Martini list, our private-label Palomino Beer and, of course, the original Bellini.

Our extensive wine menu features a wide variety of regional and international wines that have been carefully selected to complement our entrées.
